§ 1-11. Provisions considered as continuation of existing ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions appearing in this Code of Ordinances, so far as they are the same as those of the ordinances existing at the time of adoption of this Code, shall be considered as a continuation thereof and not as new enactments.
