§ 4-15. Insurance requirements.
(a)
No permit shall be issued to an applicant hereunder and no certificate or service license shall be issued until there is in force and remaining in force at all times during the permitted period the following insurance:
(1)
On account of injury to death to any person in any incident, five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00).
(2)
On account of any one incident resulting in injury to death of more than one person, one million dollars ($1,000,000.00).
(3)
On account of damage to property in any one incident, fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00).
(b)
Said liability insurance policy shall be approved by the city attorney and filed with the city clerk.
(c)
Every insurance policy shall contain a clause obligating the insurer to give the city clerk notice at least thirty (30) days before any material change, cancellation, lapse or termination of coverage.
