§ 2-94. Same—Applicant to sign statement of understanding.

Prior to receiving any reimbursements, applicants must sign a statement of understanding which stipulates that should they voluntarily leave the employment of the city that they will forfeit all entitlements of this program for the two (2) years immediately prior to departure and will reimburse the city for any monies received under this program during the two-year period.
