§ 2-95. Changes in curriculum to be submitted.

Any change in curriculum must be submitted with adequate justification and approved by the educational committee before any reimbursement will be authorized. Any request for change must be submitted by the applicant on form SEP-3, Change to Career Profile/Education Plan.
